    Hi,

    Just wondering…

Are there any roadie front mechs that are top pull? Apart of Shimano CX70…

    Cheers!

Nope, but you used to be able to get pulley adapters that you fit above or below the mech to convert from one to the other.

What frame and chainset are you using?

    Hi,

Pulley to change the pull (lol) is an option but sorta negating all clearance benefits of modern front mechs like r7000 or r8000.

    Cheers!

Yeah, pulley / DMR mech verter is an option. There used to be a company in Germany that made a bolt-on to fit on the mech lever arm – I bought one about 10 years ago, but it didn’t work very well. Used to be able to get older style Campagnolo Ergos to drive top-pull MTB mechs as they used a ratchet, not escapement mechanism.
