Looking at getting a road bike to commute on but not sure what size I need ??

Im 6 foot 2 and normally ride a large specialized enduro/stumpy type frame.

Current bike is a XL turner 5 spot.

I have been offered a 60cm cannondale caad 8 but after reading up I think this will be to big as cannondales size up quite big??

    Help !

    cheers

I’m also 6,2″, however that is only half the story as road bike measurement is very dependent on arm, torso, and leg length.

I ride a large Ridley which has a long top tube, (585).

    I’ve ridden a 60cm Cannondale CAAD10, it was OK but out of choice I’d ride a 58.

Different brands size them differently ..

My (retired) Giant TCR is a 50cm, which is a Giant size medium.
The Ragley Cragvale is a 52cm, which is a Ragley size small.
And the Ribble R872 isa 48cm, which is a Ribble size small.

Best try for size for spending out.
