    Round, semi-round and flat?

Im not racing but doing race type training with effort intervals and breakaways in the nicer weather.

    Other riding includes:

    1hr turbo sessions
    30 – 40 – 50 mile riding alone and in a pack
    the odd sportive in summer

So basically a bit of everything.

Currently using a Selle Italia Original Flight Titanium but i find it a bit hard and its a bit tatty nd i dont think the shape is right on my nether regions. My lbs does Fizzik ones for trial but i also fancy a Prologo something just have no idea about saddle design.

i know nothing about saddle design but i know what i find comfortable, no-one can tell you what saddle to buy as one persons comfy perch is another’s instrument of torture

if you can try a Fizik for free give it a go, they’re a popular and well made range of saddles, otherwise it’s a simple case of trial and error
