52, far too young, off to listen to an essential mix or two…

I loved the Logical Progression sessions in the 90s, Conrad was such a presence.

Just heard. 130am here in Oz. Such a great MC.

After a big night I’d always put on a Bukem and Conrad cd to get off to sleep. Magically drifty poetry.

Gutted, loved his live colabs with Bukem in the 90’s. Saw the two of them many times. RIP

Awful. Saw him with Bukem a few times at the Que, and Promised Land is still played very regularly.

Sad Day – RIP to My Favorite MC – My Cats even named after him – Well ahead of his time – Remember hearing him for the first time at A Dreamscape and being Blown Away was just levels ahead of everyone else

https://on.soundcloud.com/yr3Sqt2rUHQoHnwN8  – 2002 Logical Progression 8 with Bukem (My Fav LP)

    https://on.soundcloud.com/JkBffkooSNZefDCk9 2019 with Makoto 19 years later

Both of these get heavy rotation on my play list but he was at his best in LP8

    Enjoy

Progression Sessions 1 (including the Seba tune posted above) still gets played regularly at mine. I remember meeting Conrad at Swerve on a Wednesday night at The End many years ago. Gutted by this news.

RIP – was never a huge fans of MC’s with drum and bass or jungle, may just seemed to like the sound of their own voice, but saw Conrad with Bukem a number of times over the years, and always loved him, spent a fortune in recent years replacing a lot of vinyl i owned in the 90’s, a pristine copy of Logical Progression vol 1 was not cheap… but worth it for the Western alone.
