Can you buy such a thing? As far as I can see you can have flexi shoes with laces, rigid shoes with velcro, or pay a lot more for something like Lake Boa.

If your velcro comes unstuck in the mud it won’t stick again, and after a while it wears out and doesn’t stick even when clean. Laces are cheap, give more adjustment and are reliable – what am I missing here?
