the full video shows that it’s a fat kid who’s been repeated goaded, punched by the little kid (and this is obviously not the first time) as others watch ang giggle.

The big kid just snaps and picks him up as you’ve seen.

iolo, if you find the full gif you will see that the smaller kid is slapping the fat kid about a bit and goading him backed up by cronies. So it’s not as cut and dried as you may think. However I still find it a very unpleasant watch.
