We’re staying in Sarlat for a week shortly, anyone know if the local riding any good and if there’s anywhere to hire a decent bike if it is?

We did it a good decade or so ago when family was younger lots of tracks that we linked together from local map ( top 25) I think, so best advice is Google vvt in area.

It is a good place to ride.

Nice roads, but watch out for UK registered cars!

Lots of French areas have maps you can get from the tourist info.

    ^^ top post 🙂

vttrack.fr (search sarlat, layers – IGN Carte and zoom in) has a few tracks mostly on road with odd trail section – so find any xc bike and it will be fine

Is that where the pit that Jabba the Hutt throws people into is?
