    Right then, got 3lbs of boned rib to cook for my mum and wife today. Give me some mouth watering recipes please!

    you boned it?
    Personally prefer it on the bone, hung till its purple.
    Nothing added to it, just a good gravy once done.

    Cooking the leg from this today. Only adding garlic and rosemary to it.
