Basically bought a stages power meter at start of March from wiggle and just got round to fittimg it. Basically it doesn’t calibrate correctly, number is too low. Contacted stages who said yep send it to saddleback for a replacement (as wiggle didn’t have any in stock as a replacement when I checked). Saddleback we’re keen to help but also didn’t have any in stock and didn’t expect to get any for months.

I contacted wiggle by email but not had a response yet, however I’ve now seen the same crank available from another shop (albeit for slightly more).

Am I within rights to ask for a refund from wiggle after 2 months given it was faulty? (I guess I could technically just send it back as unwanted under there 12 month return policy month)

My experience is you’ll just get a refund automatically, no option for replacement.
