Not a frame strip and respray but a pot of Ronseal paint has exploded in a mate’s shed and covered the bikes in paint.

How best to remove the unwanted splatter?

    Thanks.

If it’s water based paint then id get a litre of IPA, meths, acetone and other water miscible solvents and try them (probably in that order) and see what takes it off with minimal scrubbing. Just be wary that at some point you might find a solvent also works on the bikes paint so test on somewhere inconspicuous first and don’t let it soak.

Failing that, I’d just get the ones I cared about stripped and powder coated. The effort of cleaning them up may well exceed the cost of just getting them painted!
