Trying to remove a stealth from a frame I’m getting rid of and having a moment.

Do I just undo it where the cable attaches to the post? or is it better to remove the cable from the remote?

Either way do I need to remove the pressure from the post and / or do anything else?

Trying to avoid bleeding it – but if I have to bleed it anyway I suppose it doesn’t matter.

Connectamajig is a bleed free connector, but may not be able to pass through the holes in your frame. To remove at the remote, extend the post, and turn the speed adjust to slow before unscrewing the hose from the remote (not by removing the barb with a spanner). If you’re lucky, or have the red hose plug that may have come with the post, you’ll get away without bleeding.

as said, raise post, unscrew remote and pull through frame. To unscrew remote, hold black hose in your hand and turn the remote itself. Don’t use a spanner on it.
