Reminds me of Lucas Brunelle’s stuff

    He came to London once

I always felt bad for Lucas Brunelle. He spent 10 years with 2 massive camcorders strapped to his helmet. He made an awesome film that would have absolutely blown people away had it been released a few years prior.

The problem was he released it in the middle of the GoPro era so it ended up being a bit meh*

*meh compared to the reaction it could have had, it was still an awesome film.

Yep, his footage just looks terrible by modern day standards…

watched 5 mins, got to the bit where he says that the best bit of being an NYC bike courier is passing pretty girls in the park with lots of flesh on display, winced a bit.

Awaits accusations of being woke, but it’s not dated that well… will still watch later though for the insane racing through buses and yellow cabs that are sure to come.

My favourite genre of music is late 80s rock – that hasn’t aged well at all – the lyrics are terrible…

Seemed fine at the time, mind you I probably was 17 back then…

    I’m only seventeen (seventeen)
I’ll show you love like you’ve never seen, oh
    She’s only seventeen (seventeen)
Daddy says she’s too young but she’s old enough for me

Well, that is what actually happens to them eventually. I was a courier in San Francisco for 2 years and in that time, I remember quite a few riders had accidents and did not return to riding.

A profession for the young and foolish.
