    …I'm trying to wean myself of chocolate digestives at work.

    Is dried mixed fruit any good?

    I know the real answer is don't snack, but that's never going to happen!

    yesish – lots of sugar and calories and you can munch through a lot in an afternoon.

    I always found that somethign like a banana or a muesli bar (again fair few calories) that filled you up a bit was better than a biscuit you barely noticed.

    I work at home now and funnily enough don't feel the urge to snack at all..

    Yoghurt, Soreen loaf, fruit (grapes especially), nuts, chopped veg (carrots and peppers).

    Just a few from scanning round my desk and the office :S

    I'm on the 'eat as many apples as you can stand' snack method at the moment. coxes yummmm. I'll be sick of the sight of apples by april
