Looking for some recommendations to read.

Anything considered, always like a variety of genres to consider.

Oh, and try some Jasper Fforde for off the wall brilliance.

Survival of the Fittest, Mike Stroud. If you have any interest in sport / exercise, then this is a must. My favouriteist book ever.

What else are books for if not for reading – propping up front wheel for turbo use?

Anthony Beevor’s ‘Ardennes’. I’ll never complain about cold feet on a ride ever again.

An idea of what you’ve liked thus far would help.

Anything by Beevor actually. Anything by Richard Holmes (also military history.)
Herbie Sykes does great cycling non fiction and how about HW Tilman for a fantastic writing style?

Dark matter by Michelle Paver is a great book to read in winter.

Jasper Fforde looks very different and interesting.

Will give this a read.

Virtually anything is on my agenda these days, like the diversity of different authors.

I don’t like to read repeat authors with the exception of Graham Greene and James Mitchener.

Not much of an Engineer. Sir Stanley Hooker

Jasper Fforde looks very different and interesting.

Helps to have a literary appetite, and know some of the classics.

The Big Over Easy is a good place to start. A murder mystery, where the victim is a multi-millionaire who just happens to be an egg.

The very hungry caterpillar. It’s a classic.
