    Missus is starting to get all precious about me cycling on my own and without a medikit.

    Can anyone recommend a decent lightweight one I.e.without a difibulator

    Strongest co-codamol you can find. There’s not much you can do if you have a proper crash except kill the pain and get yourself to help. Tick-remover might be useful too. Mobile phone. Silver blanket.

    I have one of these seems good and waterproof i just toppped it up with a few ibuprofen ad paracetomol 🙂

    Steri strips, gaffer tape, diclofenac, co-codamol, inner tube and a bandage

    I bought a basic outdoor one and then added stuff that seemed missing – based on experience of patching folk and myself up…

    Last thing added were Steri-strips, due to a riding buddy splitting open the skin on his shin.

    It sits attached to the back of my Camelbak, so I don’t have to remember it.
