I am after a decent GPS that will allow me to put MTB routes on to and then follow – I get given loads of GPX files so would like to use them. It has got to work with a mac too, so memory maps are out (gits…)

    Satmap?
    Garmin?

Any suggestions? Am a bit confused by it all.

Do a forum search for Satmap.

There have been a few discussions on this topic recently. Personally I use a Satmap and love it. Great screen, easy menus, excellent bike mount.

The one downside with it is the cost of maps but I've managed to pick up the ones I wanted for lots less than RRP by watching Ebay and SportsDirect were selling some off cheaply.
