Looking for recommendations for a 2nd hand gps.

    Touchscreen would be nice.
OS maps would be good too.
    Compass and altimeter.
    Replaceable batteries good too.

Will be used for walking in Scotland, all year round, few long distance trails too. A bit of road/gravel/off road bike adventures, so bike mount is required.
Some occasional hiking in Europe too.
    Under £100

Models seen that I’m keen on so far include garmin etrex 20/30 and touch 25/35. Any others? Or anything to be said about these?

My recommendation would be an Oregon. You’ll really appreciate the bigger screen, especially once you start looking at OS maps.

Oregon quite a bit more money, but will keep eye out for them too.

Forgot to mention, I always have a map and compass and viewranger on my phone so really more of a backup/excuse to get another gadget.

Makes more sense to save phone as backup, surely?
