    Need a new cassette so I’m going 10 speed. Need an aluminium spider I think. Any SRAM options, or should I just get XT?

    I’ve got a 10spd XT with aluminium spider, it’s developed a taste for green anodized freehub.

    I think the new 10sp SLX also comes with a alloy spider.

    You won’t go far wrong with XT – this thread can only recommend the same thing so many times – folk get bored.
