planning a group outing to Wales for fellow riders and families, looking for a campsite suitable for a group of 10- 15, needs reasonable showers etc.

Bunkhouse at the Glan Aber hotel in B-y-C is recommended (by me anyway). Basic but warm and clean (small rooms sleep two in bunkbeds), most importantly, you have access to the late-opening hotel bar and awesome breakfast.

Campsite up the road at Capel Curig has showers and toilets but nowt else. It’s also probably underwater at the moment. Nice place to be on a sunny day though.
