    (the main) Part of this will depend who you paid the vat too.

    If you paid direct to the supplier (goods under threshold) you should simply have it refunded as part of the return.

    Direct to HMRC, there’s a form for that and you file it with your VAT return

    If you paid the courier then you’ll need to jump through their hoops.

    I followed @dangeourbrain link and filled in the documentation along with the supporting evidence and HMRC refunded the total amount. Fairly straightforward.
