Making fudge brownie and the recipe is asking for 150mg of Fructose.

Wife couldn't find any in Tesco.

    Any advice on suitable substitutes?

Pics of finished of Brownie will be supplied to any helpful forumite? Just cause I'm a nice guy! 😉

It's available in loads of supermarkets. Look for Tate and Lyle "Fruit Sugar", in a green plastic container. Underneath it says "Fructose", funnily enough it will be in the sugar section 🙂

Oh, thanks. Could I just use normal Cane sugar?

150mg is nothing 0.15g so you could probably leave it out. In fact, how are you even going to measure that? You'd need a fairly accurate balance!

Normal sugar will work. It's slightly less sweet per weight. So you may need to add some more.
