It's tax disc time on my car & I cannot find my MOT certificate – is it possible to get replacements? Or do the DVLA charge you an arm & a leg for the privilege?

Tax it online; if the MOT is in date it's fine.

If you do it through the dvla online, you won't need the mot or insurance certificate because they should in theory have a record of both.

not only can you tax it online with them checking that there's current insurance and an MOT but you can see the MOT history of the car for the last few years.

Dont bother, youll never get caught,

never get points on your licence,

always have your insurance increased because of no MOT,

and you may appear on Police camera action interceptor chases etc ,

and to rub it in youll be stuck on Dave and Dave De-javu, for ever and a day.

Perhps you could do it online, but thats only for the tesco shop, porn, ordering bike bits and bike forums.
