    I often use the M40 between Oxford and London/ M25 and have noticed that there is what at first appeared to be a person in a bicycle helmet stood on one of the bridges, however they seem to be there all the time so I now think it’s a mannequin or similar, has anyone else noticed it and if so can you shed any light on the issue? Thanks.
