    I’d like something I could carry on the bike.

    Its task would be to do aerial pics of various archeological features, such as duns and field circles. These aren’t very obvious from the ground.

    So what quad and camera recommendations?

    Going to drag this up again. Has anyone had any experience with programmable UAV quadcopters? I’m currently looking at an ARDrone2.0 and using nodecopter on it, however I’m somewhat concerned by the lack of sensors, i.e. there’s pretty much just 1 camera aqnd nothing else for collision detection. That doesn’t sound easy in any way!

    Any insights much appreciated!
