Extreme Wales tonight at 7.30 looks like it’ll be worth a watch.

Bet there’s no mention of Sian Roberts or Dafydd Davis. Mother of UK mountain biking, Tracy Moseley hmm.

IS this a repeat? If so, I’ve seen it already and it was great. I’m pretty sure that it had Sian Roberts taking him round cwmcarn?

Neath is for wimps for real extreme it has to be The Croeserw Hotel.

Wrong, both Tracey and Sian make an appearance, Sian at Cody and Tracey at Antur.

    We’ve watched different shows then.

Thought that was awful. Hate it when cycling/mtb is used as a tourist board marketing tool. ‘Oh, I understand Charles Darwin had a shit behind that tree…’ Bleugh

I saw this on catch-up last night, was nice to see and better than pretty much everything else on telly at the moment but it did seem like a 30 minute specialized advert.
