There are some smart people who frequent STW, so, I can’t download iTunes (used to have an older version but uninstalled it, now can’t download the latest version.

I keep getting this error code:

    C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\FMT2QN2J\iTunessetup[1].exe

Help please, what do I need to do?

    Thanks,

    Stu.

That’s not the error code that’s the location of you temporary file.

I couldn’t get it to download on my PC without disabling the firewall.

On my dads PC it keeps saying ITunes download interrupted or something simlilar.

If that is the case just type that phrase into google and it will take you to an Apple site with a thread containing the answer.

Turns out in the case of my dads PC which uses vista I had to download some new driver thingamajig so it worked with his burner.

Whatever problem you have just google it and follow someone else’s lead. You won’t be the first!
