I've ordered with them once with zero problems and not heard anything bad apart from this post either.

Ordered lots never had a problem, BTW putting 'discuss' on the end of a thread title is daft.

If you have problems drop them a line or give them a call instead of suggesting\intimating that they should be avoided without adding any detail about what your problem is.

I've also had no problems, and they always seem to get good reports and recommendations from people on other (roadie) forums. Therefore I reckon the mods should change the thread title.
