I was in the NZ Navy for a short while, once we had to recover the body of a solo sailor whose yacht had sunk in the Tasman Sea during a meaty storm.

That was awesome. And to be pedantic, it’s never The Haka, although the one the All Blacks do (the Kamate Haka) is very well known. There are many many Haka for many occasions, that is likely the regimental one or traditional for the soldier’s tribe.Posted 6 years ago
