The 4000 Platinum set was £150 from Screwfix a week or so ago.

Just been paid, so was planning on picking one up today – just checked and now £190.
Utter, utter etc.

Can I expect this to go back down again in the ‘sales’, Black Friday etc?

Yes they’ve probably raised the price so they can advertise a bigger discount next week. Wait and see for now.

Found it online for £160, so not all bad.
Think I’ll hang on a week and see what gives.

I believe that legally in order to advertise a ‘sale’ price it has be based on the normal selling price for the previous 30 days… so no I would not expect it to drop anytime soon if the price has just gone up very recently 🙁
