Off the top of my head…Deflate, remove lowers, remove air side top cap, unscrew talas cartridge. Using the supplied circlip, fit the alloy cup that holds air shaft/negative spring in place, fit air shaft/negative spring assembly, pour 5ml of fox fluid on top of seal head, replace top cap, inflate and then reassemble lowers with correct amount of oil.
It’s pretty straightforward.
