post-mount to IS adaptors – what size?

I'm about to acquire a set of Magura Thors from these very classifieds. They have post-mounts for a 180mm disc. If I want to fit an IS caliper for a 180mm disc, do I need a post-160mm adaptor, like this:

Or a post-180 adaptor (which implies +20mm):

You need to go + 20mm to put an IS caliper on a post mount fork so you will need a 200 mm disc

so how does that 160mm adaptor work then? Is that for a 140mm IS caliper?
