Possibly dodgy Roadrat on Ebay – had one nicked?
Might be legit, in which case no worries- seems odd that they know so little about it. If you've had one nicked, take a look?
18 I think you are right look at the questions he has been asked which are reasonable "see revised listing" is not a good answer and he does not want a home collect either

Looks unbuilt and/or knicked from a shop to me.Posted 11 years ago
Yes I love the "you can't collect" bit. Not as much as the "it's a bit specialist line".Posted 11 years ago
Looks like it's at a postal depot or something in the picture. Maybe Cy has had one go awol on the way to a customer?Posted 11 years ago
have had a look on the website and these look to be a bit specialist
dodgy line there if ever there were onePosted 11 years ago
'no more questions please' who does he think he is. Anyone would have to have their head examining to bid on that.Posted 11 years ago
I have just asked a question on ebay re the roadrat
" Due to the lack of infomation about the roadrat please can I have the framenumber so I can check with cotic the frame details. Also I do not mind paying the postage so how much for posting"
Awaitng reply be I do not get one 😈Posted 11 years ago
Previous auction sounds like he might be some sort of debt collector/liquidator/loan shark selling items he doesn't understand.
Slight hijack, if anyone spots a black Maxlight with grey Bombers on the bay, please give me a heads up. Mine went walkabout yesterdayPosted 11 years ago
There are Police Officers amongst us here, have they seen it?Posted 11 years ago
forum needs a stolen bike sticky! that listing appears dodgy but like surfr said, could be debt collection geezersPosted 11 years ago

mate of mine had a full roadrat nicked in Glasgow bout 2months ago, not able to look at EBay from work but have passed this thread on anyway just incase.Posted 11 years ago
Daft suggestion but has anyone emailed Cy yet? I would expect he'd know if any had gone missing in transit.
I've said it before but I'm not convinced that emailing the seller achieves anything in this scenario. If they're a thief and they suddenly get lots of unusual enquiries (why would you need to know the frame number to find out more about a bike?) or jokey questions coming in, surely they're more likely to pull the auction and disappear.Posted 11 years ago
" Due to the lack of infomation about the roadrat please can I have the framenumber so I can check with cotic the frame details.
for the frame size perhaps they have had a few questions on ebay about the frame size and he does not know the answerPosted 11 years ago
I will not touch this due to the reply I got to my questions

I do not trust this guyPosted 11 years ago
I already know about it – it was me that informed my dealers and 18 posted up. Nothing's gone missing from us AFAIK, and for it to be black it'd have to have been sitting brand new in a box since late April at least as we've only had the limited edition beverage colours in stock since then.Posted 11 years ago
