I’ve been bought a very nice watch, but have managed to get two small scratches on the case (ceramic tiles, grrr). It’s stainless steel, but a mirror finish.

Any ideas for the best way to minimise them? Brasso?

you need a cape cod cloth.

Mirror finishes are a nightmare if you want your watch to stay pristine.

Probably needs a professional to do it properly depending on how small/deep the scratches are. I haven’t used one but I wouldn’t have thought the Cape cod cloth would be abrasive enough. Worth a try though.

Have a look on tz-uk forum for advice.
