Hello Hivemind, I’d like to enlist your help please – I need to find a coach.
Next year I will be running the London Marathon (I am not a runner at present) and I would like to use this to boost my fitness and have benefits flow through to the bike.
I have made massive progress on the bike this year by working with a coach – but the approach has been high volume, low intensity. It got me to a good place, but meant I neglected the gym to fit in the hours and hours of riding that were prescribed. This is not a good thing for me.
Do you know of anyone who could help me balance running, riding and gym work (to support the bike and running)? I’m prepared to pay and work hard, but I need someone who is a bit more modern to use high intensity and sweet spot sessions to cut down time and volume, rather than just grinding it out endlessly.
