Does anyone know how to block that bloody silly customer support chat thingy? It covers half the page and I see no way of closing it.

Wouldn’t be so bad if it worked but I reckon it goes to a switched off screen or something anyway.

Had a quick look around the site and I don’t get the chat box at all.

The ones I’ve seen on other sites have an ‘X’ in the top right corner to shut them down.
