    Hi all.

Been riding my bike a bit more and seem to be suffering with pins and needles in my right hand quite a bit.

Right across the middle of the palm of my hand and also into my pinky finger.

If I go to talk se my fingers off the bars to wave at another rider that seems to aggravate it even more.

Nothing has changed in my riding conditions. Same cockpit set up and same gloves etc.

    Any ideas ?

When you go out, are you going out for longer?

Are you riding wearing gloves? Try without if you do, and see if that helps.
Are you stretching or doing yoga or anything before riding? Have you changed anything about your day over the last few months? I’m certainly loads less active in my working day.
One other thing might be a trapped nerve or similar. YMMV, but physio, osteo, chiropractic or similar can help with a diagnosis.
    Hope all this helps.
