The lockout has stopped working on my 2014 Pike RCT3 forks. Rebound damping seems fine at the moment.
I don’t use the lockout so am happy to keep riding the forks without, as long as they’re not about to drop their guts and lose all damping.
I don’t know much about the internals of Pikes, are lockout duties handled by winding in compression damping shims (and handled by the same cartridge as rebound and / or compression)? If that’s the case, I’ll get ’em in for a service now, rather than wait for them to fail completely at an inconvenient time.
If it’s separate, I’ll probably just leave it for now.
Thanks 🙂
