Was it the last split by any chance? 😉

It’s interesting reading the splits. Hard to draw any firm conclusions apart from you can see that some pedal better than others and that Minnar beat Gwin all in that last section after having lost a fair chunk in the first section (some mistakes which he admitted in interview).

Amazingly it turned out you had to be pretty damn fast down the entire course. Who knew eh?

But especially fast in the last section to make up even more time on being fast (but not quite as fast as the others) on the top sections.

Um, Minaar was 2nd fastest of the day in S2! Only slower in one section out of the 3.

Do you get his superhuman effort in the last section though? It’s truly amazing how much time he put into the others there.

Liking Gwin’s attitude in that.
I always root for the underdog though, so Gwin’s out on that score 🙂
