Posted 5 years ago user-removedMember Oh dear – hasn’t worked. I can only see a bike from the 1920s 🙁 Posted 5 years ago JoeGSubscriber Not quite that old, its from 1985. Posted 5 years ago user-removedMember Very nice it is too. I have a Kona about the same vintage. Posted 5 years ago JoeGSubscriber u-r – thanks. I bought it years ago, but just got it up and running. The holdup was that I couldn’t find a 6 speed cassette; recently I figured out how to use 7 speed cogs and 6 speed spacers. The photo was taken at a log house in the local park, so don’t start on the weeds by the back tire or the stone work needing the mortar cleaned with a toothbrush or whatever! 😉 Posted 5 years ago MrSparkleMember That stem has got to be right on the upper limit! Posted 5 years ago JoeGSubscriber Its a bullmoose bar/stem (quill stem) combo like this: I think that it is near minimum insertion, but I have not spent any time adjusting the bar height or saddle front to rear position yet.
