    also outlawing “would of”, “should of”, etc. is a higher priority to sort before “…” usage.

    Oh there are so many grammatical errors I’d correct before use of an ellipsis.
    Any use of txt spk, misplaced apostrophes, use of the word “amazeballs”… All should be punishable by death. If nothing else it’d leave the Daily Wail and YouTube comments boards mercifully quiet.

    I like the use of multiple dots to indicate a pause.
    It is an indication to the reader that they should stop and think about the passage that came before it. A bit more obvious than a semi-colon which might get ignored by fast readers or by those who don’t understand what it’s for….
