The editing made a breakthrough which no other TV show seems to have taken up. Speaking to camera is its hallmark, plus the script being spot on and nicely obscene.

Used to love it but watched the first couple of episodes of the new series and it was a bit meh. Only real laugh was Johnson’s funeral speech. Dobby is irritating.

It’s always been great from series one. Very consistent. Fresh Meat on the other hand started a bit slow but seems to be getting better and better.
