I have been a long time snooper here on the forum, and think it is time to get involved. Really like the idea of the pootle, I love the Peak District and the surrounding area. Just a quick question. Is the pootle more biased to cake (ideal) or serious fitness? Not been out for a while and don’t fancy being the wheezing pit pony hold the rest up?

I think the average speed of the last one came out around 4mph, if I recall correctly. You could pretty much walk the entire thing at a brisk pace and not get left behind. So: cake-biased…
