It will sometimes switch on and hangs part way through the XP loading screen but mostly the monitor light just flashes, hard disk looks like and sounds like it working. I have taken the hard disk out nad backed up all my data so I am pretty sure the disk is okay but cannot fathom out what is wrong with the PC. Oh, its a Packard Bell!
