Easy, or a pain in the nethers?

Easy. But easier still to sign up for a PAYG on https://www.gov.uk/pay-dartford-crossing-charge which then does it automatically

Probably about as much effort as it takes to post on here**. They do one strike and you’re out so about as lenient as this place 😉

Saved me 35 quid just last week! I probably won’t sign up for an account for the once in a blue moon trip, so I’ll get busted for £35 next time no doubt.

I’m signed up now. Going for a weekend on the lash with some old friends so the chance of cock-up is high.

Out of interest do they ping you an email/text once you’ve been charged?

No, you just logon to your account to see your crossing history.

From experience It’s clunky as hell and might not work. Dunno why its not included in congestion charging system either.

I was in my way to Belgium, so “The Lash” was undoubtedly part of my problem.

    Plus being a forgetful 🛎 🔚
