get em changed if you can

my car is an 07 plate & it appears that I am due a recall due to faulty injectors – however car broke down in France before I got the letter. Very inconvenient as I had to get myself back to UK & car is now 700 miles from me – am seeing what VW will do about it.

Luckily I was not moving when it broke but the internet (truthful as it is) has reports of them going while the car is in motion and losing power, power steering and brakes which can be a tad upsetting
