Can anybody tell me how to change the reading pane in outlook 2016 so that the recipients of an email are listed by TO: and CC: separately, like they were in old versions of outlook?

I currently have to click the little down arrow thingy to show a full list the says who is CC’d.

I have tried googling it but can’t find a solution…

Can’t help you there, first thing I do with Outlook is switch the reading pain off. (And if anyone knows how to do that globally rather than per-folder, I’d be forever grateful. Well, for a little while grateful.)

Right click on the TO header and select Field Chooser from the context menu.
Select CC from All Mail Fields and drag it to the header bar next to the TO field.

The team of developers who “updated” outlook to it’s current incarnation, need a good kick in the slats. Repeatedly.

It has gone from a clear, readable interface to something that is just awful.
