Anyone tried running a full length outer? I am thinking this may improve shifting etc, but am not keen to commit to the dremel just yet.

then try it out first by running full length housing zip-tied to the frame beside the mounts. if you want to protect your paint work, it might be an idea to attach some insulating tape where the housing will touch the frame.

If you like it, then you can go ahead and dremel your frame.
