would that ruin the climbing as i would have more pedal bob ? and using propedal would make it too stiff ?

    Hi

the rear shock eye to eye length is 190mm x 50mm and i was wondering if i could fit a 200mm eye to eye length shock ?

    cheers in advance.

It depends how much clearance you have between the swingarm and the seat tube. If you have less than 10mm then no you cant. Undo one of the shock bolts while supporting the weight of the main frame and slowly lift the main frame from the saddle until the swingarm tops out. Then with your other had lift up the shock and see how much space there is between the shock eye and the frame mount, if more than 10mm then you and fit the longer shock if 10mm or less then you cant.

Remember to check the stroke length of the shock you should be able to get away with a 57mm stroke squeezing an extra 15-20mm travel from the bike.
