    But in July, Judge Colin Birss disagreed on the grounds that Samsung’s product was not as “cool”.

    that’s more preposterous than stw deciding what is and isn’t cool 😆

    They posted an advert that was factually true, but it seems that legal types in the UK didn’t take kindly to that being pointed out to them.
