boring i know, sorry!
i’m selling a tenement flat in a reasonably nice bit of Edinburgh (Polwarth). i’ve got a few regular estate agents coming round to do valuations and provide costs to me in the next week or so. i also want to get some equivalent information from a couple of online options before deciding how to proceed. i’ll then be buying another property somewhere else (Borders).
has anyone used one? if so, what was it like? any issues? do you think it’d be ok to use such a service for selling a flat in Edinburgh? and would an online agent be able to represent me for purchasing? i’m a bit clueless, and obviously the headline prices for the online services (for selling at least) are much less than their traditional equivalents.
